đź’ŞWhat you'll be doing

As an Account Manager at N.Rich, you’ll own the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities for expansion. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to reduce churn risk, drive revenue growth, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Renewals & Retention – Manage and execute the subscription renewal process, ensuring on-time and successful customer renewals.
  • Expansion & Upsell – Proactively uncover and execute expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio.
  • Customer Strategy – Understand customers’ business objectives and how our product gets them there, positioning N.Rich as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives (CRO, CMO, CEO) at SMB and mid-market companies.
  • Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales teams to optimize customer engagement and secure long-term success.
  • Contract Execution – Manage commercial agreements, amendments, and necessary documentation for renewals and expansions.

✍️Qualifications

  • Experience – Minimum 2 years in SaaS account management or renewals within a value-based B2B SaaS sales environment. This is mandatory.
  • Sales & Customer Lifecycle Understanding – Strong grasp of the end-to-end sales cycle and customer lifecycle, ensuring strategic engagement at every stage.
  • Ownership & Autonomy – We don’t micromanage at N.Rich—be prepared to assume ownership, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Skilled at engaging decision-makers and key stakeholders, building lasting relationships with C-level executives (CRO, CMO, CEO) in SMB and Mid-Market companies.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills – Confident and comfortable in negotiating renewals, upsells, and expansions, positioning N.Rich as a valuable partner.
  • Structured & Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to analyze account health, track performance, and make data-backed decisions to drive retention and growth.
