Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection—providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are looking for a Cloud Partner Success Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment. As the Cloud Partner Security Success Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Account Management and demonstrate a passion for Cybersecurity and Data Protection. You will be part of the Inside Sales Channel Management organization, working closely with a portfolio of service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. Your primary objectives as the Cloud Partner Security Success Manager will include driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth through strategic account planning with assigned partners, increasing adoption of advanced security solutions, ensuring partner retention, and delivering an exceptional partner experience—Acronis' key differentiator in the market. What You'll Do

  • Conduct territory analysis and planning for assigned geographies to identify top potential partners for security solutions.
  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth by increasing the adoption of Acronis Security solutions through assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with Acronis Cloud Distributors on joint channel enablement activities focused on Security adoption.
  • Activate and enable new partners with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs, emphasizing Security solutions.
  • Lead successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives, encouraging partners to expand their portfolios with Acronis Security services.
  • Enable partners to sell Acronis Security solutions to their existing customer base, attract new customers, and retain their current customers.
  • Train new and existing partners on Acronis’ Security products, ensuring they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and use cases.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers on the partner side to champion Security adoption.
  • Provide ongoing business and technical support to partners, guiding them in expanding their Security offerings.
  • Engage Acronis Presales and Technical Support teams to assist partners in technical implementation and customer success.
  • **Key KPIs:** Total revenue generated from Security services through signed partners, churn rate of partners (% leaving the program), and number of Acronis Security services sold through partners.
  • Develop detailed account plans with all managed partners, tailored to their engagement level, loyalty, and responsiveness, with a focus on growing Security adoption.
  • Guide every partner through onboarding and enablement, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to sell and implement Acronis Security solutions effectively.
  • Motivate and empower partners to sell Security solutions to their customer base, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact, driving partner satisfaction and guiding them throughout their lifecycle with a focus on Security.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, ensuring partner retention and loyalty.
  • Utilize internal resources to maximize partner growth, particularly in adopting and selling Acronis Security solutions.
  • Maintain detailed profiles of managed partners, capturing relevant information on vendors and tools they use, with a minimum of 80% completion in Partner Passport.
  • Lead partners through the lifecycle management process with structured activities designed to increase Security adoption and commitment.
  • Establish regular and strategic contact with partners based on their priority, with a focus on driving Security solution success.

What You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

  • Proven industry experience in the software or cybersecurity field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development within a software vendor, with a strong focus on Security solutions.
  • Extensive channel and field sales experience with a solid understanding of cloud business models and Security market dynamics.
  • Expertise in Security concepts such as cybersecurity, threat detection, incident response, and familiarity with basic compliance standards and regulations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Native or fluent English proficiency, with additional proficiency in a local language as an advantage.
