šĀ Location: Remote | š¼Ā Part-time (25-30 hours/week)
Martin Language School, a start-up provider of personalised online language courses, is seeking aĀ Customer Service SpecialistĀ to support our students and tutors in our rapidly growing business. This role is ideal for anĀ organized and proactive individualĀ with strong communication skills and flexible working patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
ā ProvideĀ personalised supportĀ to prospective and enrolled students, ensuring a seamless learning experience
āĀ Recruit, coordinate, and manageĀ a team of language tutors, upholding quality standards
ā Oversee theĀ entire course cycle, from enrolment to final evaluation
āĀ Manage administrative processes, including student payments and tutor fee coordination
ā Support theĀ social media manager, aligning communication strategies with the schoolās objectives
Required Qualifications:
š¹Ā Fluent in English and Italian (C1 or higher)
š¹ StrongĀ organizational and communication skills
š¹ Proficiency inĀ Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
š¹ Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
š¹Ā Requires flexible working patterns
