Job Title: Operations Support SpecialistLocation: Remote

Description:

Operations Support Specialist is responsible for promoting customer success by providing guidance, training, and support that empowers college-level faculty and administrators to harness the power of our solutions.

How can you make an impact?

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will join a team of Technology Specialists, Support Engineers, Solutions Architects, Solutions Managers, Solutions Consultants and Custom Project Managers who are responsible for designing & implementing scalable solutions to support the operations associated with bringing new business models, technologies, and products to market. You will help support operations related to Affordable Access Operations, Custom Digital Operations, Custom Courseware Solutions (CCS), Instructional Design, Course Development, and/or Media Operations and help client deliver world-class educational experiences. This is a remote position open to applicants within the United States.

What would you be doing?

• Support Solutions and Operations team members and sales to confirm, initiate/extend/terminate, and track affordable access business, and ensure seamless delivery of products via the affordable access business model.

• Collaborate with sales, Sunset, Solutions, and Media Operations team members to identify inclusive access and private offer business where products are scheduled to go out-of-print, and partner with sales to move customers to appropriate solutions.

• Capture, confirm, and communicate appropriate metadata to third-party distribution partners.

• Assist as needed with data reporting and analytics.

• Develop, maintain, and articulate in-depth understanding of MH’s digital products (Connect, SIMnet, ALEKS, MH GO).

• Other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 1-2 years experience in customer success, project management, operations or similar role.

• Excellent communication skills and excited to learn in a highly collaborative environment.

• Ability to excel in a remote setting.

• Positive attitude, purpose-driven spirit, and growth mindset for embracing challenges.

• Motivated and enthusiastic about solving problems in education.

• High degree of digital business aptitude.

• It is helpful to meet one or more of the following qualifications, but it is not a requirement.

o Experience with data analytics

o Experience working with SmartSheet

o Exposure to or experience with Salesforce
