Your mission is to reach out and connect with our community so we can start conversations that support parents and teens around Australia.

We are looking for someone who is in their element making friends over the phone with someone they’ve never met. You need to be energised by talking to people every day.

You'll be in charge of outbound phone calls to invite people to use our resources, join our events and seek feedback to improve experiences for the future. You'll also handle new inquiries, open new conversations and set appointments.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll need to keep accurate notes while being completely at home chatting with people at the same time. To really thrive, you'll need to be highly organised communicator who can navigate like a pro in the digital world from spreadsheets through to social media.

Work remotely and flexibly. This role is perfect for an extrovert who wants to be well-paid for chatting to people and setting appointments over the phone. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for mature individuals looking to return to work.
