- Booking & Coordination: Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities to create seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat—resolving inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately maintain booking details, payments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Travel Advisory: Offer expert guidance on destinations, travel arrangements, and insurance options tailored to each client’s needs.
- Problem Solving: Address unforeseen travel challenges (e.g., flight cancellations, itinerary adjustments) promptly and propose timely solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous background in customer service or the travel industry.
- Skills: Strong communication (both verbal and written), excellent customer service aptitude, and proficiency with travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
- Organization: Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a remote environment.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and resolving client concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate different time zones and client needs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional travel/tourism certification is a plus).
