  • Booking & Coordination: Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities to create seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat—resolving inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately maintain booking details, payments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Travel Advisory: Offer expert guidance on destinations, travel arrangements, and insurance options tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Problem Solving: Address unforeseen travel challenges (e.g., flight cancellations, itinerary adjustments) promptly and propose timely solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous background in customer service or the travel industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication (both verbal and written), excellent customer service aptitude, and proficiency with travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
  • Organization: Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a remote environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and resolving client concerns swiftly and professionally.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate different time zones and client needs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional travel/tourism certification is a plus).
