*Role Overview:*

As an Associate in Client Relations and Business Development, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, strengthening relationships, and ensuring seamless client delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, business development acumen, and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders at major organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Engage with decision-makers in major companies to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch our services, and onboard clients to drive revenue growth.

Follow-ups & Client Servicing: Ensure consistent follow-ups with potential and existing clients to maintain strong relationships and deliver excellent service.

Client Delivery Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment mandates and timely candidate placement.

Presentations & Meetings: Travel to client offices as required for presentations, negotiations, and discussions to strengthen business partnerships.

Market Research & Strategy: To refine our business approach, stay updated on industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities.

*Requirements* :

1-3 years of experience in client interaction, business development, or recruitment/staffing industry.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel for client meetings.

Prior experience in recruitment/staffing is a plus.
