Email Marketing Manager

We're working with a highly established technology business that is a leader in its field, focusing on innovative digital solutions. They are looking for a key individual to drive their digital marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement. The Role

• Build and execute email marketing campaigns for various communication types
• Create and optimise CRM workflows and customer journeys
• Manage segmentation, personalisation, and campaign scheduling
• Support the CRM communications calendar and coordinate campaign activity
• Monitor campaign performance and improve engagement and conversion metrics
• Ensure all communications are accurate, on-brand, and delivered to a high standard

What You'll Need

• Strong hands-on CRM and email marketing experience
• Experience building automation workflows and lifecycle journeys
• Comfort working directly within CRM and email marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and email marketing best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading capability
• Confident email copywriting and campaign execution skills
