Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Ecommerce Customer Support & Administration Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our eCommerce operations, helping with both customer service and back-office administrative tasks. You will be a key player in ensuring a smooth customer experience and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing timely and professional support.
  • Order Management: Process orders, handle returns/exchanges, and follow up on customer issues.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Inventory Coordination: Support inventory tracking, stock updates, and liaise with suppliers where required.
  • eCommerce Platform Support: Assist with updating product listings, pricing, and descriptions across our online platforms.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate basic sales and support reports and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Excellent Clerical Skills
  • Experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
