Remote CSR Requirements

• Prior experience as a customer service representative
• Experience using word-processing software and tools (G-Suite, etc.)
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Experience using VOIP
• High-level organizational skills
• Top-tier communication and collaboration skills
• Strong internet connection
• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and written)
