Position Summary:
The Call Center Agent will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.The Call Center Agent must be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.
This position is work from home, however, the employee must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers with excellent service.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center databases in a comprehensible way.
- Assist patients in basic troubleshooting of devices, replacing devices, ordering consumables, and transferring to other departments as needed.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- 1 year of call center experience, required.
- HIPAA Compliant work space, required.
- Must have a data speed of at least 35 mbps, required.
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certificate, preferred.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, ability to quickly learn and properly use several systems for documentation and communication.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
