Your responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to identify and qualify leads.
  • Schedule meetings for Sales Managers with key decision-makers such as C-level executives, procurement, and IT managers.
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM database with lead details and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimize targeting and conversion rates.

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or call centers.
  • Ability to secure meetings with B2B decision-makers.
  • Polish language proficiency at C2 level or higher and English at B2 level or higher.
  • Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
