The Opportunity
As a Business Success Consultant, you’ll work independently and you will be leading and inspiring through your own journey of success and personal transformation.
In this role, you will:
- Promote transformative e-learning and personal growth programs
- Leverage digital platforms to expand your reach and expand your client base (training and systems provided).
- Interview and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our programs and set them up for success.
- Draw from your personal growth journey to deepen connection and inspire breakthroughs.
- Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented community where knowledge and insights are shared.
Core Expertise
- Minimum 7+ years of professional coaching experience (business, executive, or leadership coaching strongly preferred).
- ICF or other internationally recognized coaching accreditation highly desirable.
- Proven success in onboarding and guiding clients through structured goal-setting, accountability, and transformational outcomes.
- Deep understanding of leadership development, and personal transformation methodologies.
Requirements
- Professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) or substantial business/leadership coaching experience.
- Proven ability to deliver coaching virtually, using digital tools.
- Computer and access to internet
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Eligibility to work in the country of residence.
