HRIS Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Business Analyst to join our clients growing HR team.

Role: Support SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, etc.) and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve HR system support tickets.
• Analyze HR processes for improvements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document procedures and create user guides.
• Design and adjust reports/dashboards using People Analytics Stories.
• Manage HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct regular data audits.
• Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and HR Operations for data integration.
• Provide Tier 2 support for SAP SuccessFactors; escalate to Tier 3 if needed.
• Participate in new projects and upgrades.
