Cue provides modern customer service software that enables businesses to communicate with people using chatbots and live chat on platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, Web chat, Telegram and more.
We have clients in the Retail, Insurance, Logistics, Healthcare, Education, FMCG, Automotive, Recycling, Finance, eCommerce, and Sales sectors.
We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy, driving positioning, messaging, and enablement for our AI-powered Customer Service Platform.
This is a full-stack PMM role, meaning you’ll touch every aspect of product marketing—from launches and sales enablement to customer research and content strategy—while collaborating across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to craft and execute strategies that fuel growth.

- Bonus: Experience with message testing, A/B experiments, and developing SaaS buyer personas for sales and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new features and product releases.
- Develop compelling messaging that differentiates our platform.
- Create launch content including landing pages, emails, and in-app messaging.
- Drive multi-channel campaigns to boost adoption and pipeline growth.
- Refine and maintain core messaging and value propositions.
- Test and optimize messaging across different marketing channels.
- Deeply understand our buyers—their personas, pain points, and journeys.
- Conduct customer and competitive research to inform strategy.
- Own competitive intelligence, building and maintaining battlecards.
- Develop sales enablement materials to support competitive positioning.
- Create sales assets like pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers.
- Produce engaging product-led content (interactive demos, tutorials, etc.).
- Align with the content team to craft high-converting messaging.
- Manage marketplace listings and integration pages.
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with partners.
