Role Description - Perth Western Australia

This is a remote role for a Sales Agent at Cleaning Works Pty Ltd. The Sales Agent will be responsible for visiting and communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, constructing quotes and driving sales of our cleaning contracts. The Sales Agent will also be responsible for maintaining relationships, sales and providing support to our buyers. Cleaning Works provides and books qualified leads as well as follows up after quotes are forwarded to potential client. Although this is not a full time role you would need to be able to offer multiple days per week for appointments to be made on your behalf.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate to all levels of a business
• Proven track record in sales, customer management and issue resolution
• Ability to provide training and support to customers
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not essential
• Reasonable computer proficiency preferred to work with our proprietary software
