BPO Solutions Director

We are recruiting for a Solutions Design Director for one of the most proactive CX BPO’s in Europe.

You must have a background of Solution Design within a BPO and specifically in the Private Sector. Experience of designing complex solutions across a number of deliverable countries would be highly beneficial.

This role will own the end-to-end solution design for qualified new business opportunities.

In collaboration with other bid/sales/marketing team members they will raise the standard and quality of the sales support documentation, solution design and qualification processes – increasing the bid win ratio.

This role will develop and execute a solution design strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of both the new business development and client solutions teams - driving and leading sales/bid activity through best practice documentation and sharing, coupled with rigorous quality control.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent appreciation of what the client/prospect needs and how best to articulate the solution to meet those needs. They work closely with a core team while bringing in subject matter experts where required. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong communication and project management skills.
