Responsibilities:Client Coordination:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their scheduling needs
  • Assist with travel planning and scheduling, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Confirm schedules to ensure all bookings align with client preferences and budgets

Schedule Management:

  • Create, coordinate, and maintain detailed itineraries for clients
  • Promptly update schedules to accommodate changes or special requests
  • Ensure bookings are confirmed and all itinerary details are accurate and shared with clients

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, bookings, and client interactions using our system
  • Monitor deadlines, payment schedules, and booking confirmations for seamless execution
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving scheduling conflicts professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Previous customer service or scheduling experience is a bonus but not required—training is provided
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
  • Basic proficiency in technology, including scheduling tools and CRM platforms (training available)
