Do you have a passion for operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly? In this remote role, you’ll play a key role in managing travel bookings and coordinating logistics for a variety of clients. About The Role As a Travel Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the booking and logistics process for client travel plans
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and excursions
  • Ensure all client needs are met before, during, and after their trips
  • Stay updated on travel policies, industry trends, and logistical strategies

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A passion for travel and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Self-motivation to manage multiple clients and tasks remotely
  • Experience in travel management or customer service is beneficial but not required
  • Residency and work authorization in one of these approved countries: United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, United Kingdom, Uruguay
