Role Description

This is a remote contract role as a Sales Lead Specialist, offering a commission-only compensation structure. The Sales Lead Specialist will actively engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and promote the company’s services. The day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, reaching out to prospects, providing product information, and converting leads into clients. The role also involves maintaining client satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to support strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage, build trust, and maintain rapport with clients
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation and conversion
• Training abilities to educate potential clients about services and solutions
• Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proven track record in a commission-based role is a plus
