With over 90 years’ experience, we deliver life enriching journeys to our valued guest. We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the industry. Commencing Friday 2nd May 2025. THE ROLE Working within our amazing Call Centre, your role as a Reservations Consultant will consist of working with Travel Agents and directly with Passengers. From making the initial sales, booking flights, accommodation, transfers and upselling, you are responsible for all aspects of bookings pre tour. You will be required to process all enquiries and booking requests effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Making and maintaining reservations for customers and our industry partners via phone, chat or email with high accuracy
- Recommending additional add-ons and tour experiences to enhance the customers experience on tour
- Booking flights to package with our tours
- Handling complaints and booking issues as they arise to get a satisfactory result for customers
- Building relationship with customers and our agency partners to give them peace of mind that everything is taken care of and build loyalty
- Being flexible to adapt to ever changing situations as they arise
- Monday - Friday: 8am-6pm roster, occasional Saturday and paid overtime
About You
- You will need travel industry experience or relevant qualifications.
- You will ideally have experience working with various GDS platforms &/or booking systems - preferably Sabre.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to deal with last minute changes and changing workloads.
- Willingness to continually learn and grow.
- Positive and can-do attitude!
