⚡ Your Mission as a Community Manager:

You will cultivate a vibrant, engaged and supportive community on Discord that enhances the user experience. You will be responsible for transforming our community into a positive space that encourages open discussion, genuine interactions and constructive feedback, while strategically managing and promoting our brand’s interests.

You will be working on:

  • CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
  • HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

You will:

  • Create, plan and publish content on social media platforms: Develop and execute a platform-specific organic social strategy to grow and activate our user base in line with our marketing and product roadmaps. Optimise content that drives engagement and conversation and is tailored to the behaviours and expectations of our target audiences across all our social media platforms.
  • Engagement: Interact with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, reposting and celebrating user-generated content, fostering a sense of community and building brand advocacy.
  • Manage and moderate community platforms (X, Discord, Instagram, etc.) to ensure a positive and dynamic environment.
  • Relationship Building: Monitor channels and cultivate relationships with key influencers, partners, brand advocates and community members to help us to identify opportunities to increase engagement and build brand loyalty.
  • Continuously research and test new content formats, trends and platform features to drive audience growth, increase reach and engagement with our target audience, and share insights with the wider team.
  • Track and report on performance metrics to provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.
  • Conduct community competitor analysis and benchmarks to identify opportunities, especially on video related platforms (YouTube, TwitchTV, Kick.com, TikTok)
  • Collaborate with the influencer team to align organic strategies with other marketing efforts and work with customer support to address community feedback and improve overall brand sentiment.
  • Share insights and learnings from social media efforts with other departments to support broader marketing strategies and enhance brand development.

You will excel in this role if you possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content creation and digital marketing, preferably within the crypto, gaming or igaming industries.
  • Experience with owning and/or managing Discord servers and Discord moderators.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a proven track record of managing schedules of engaging content and growing social media followings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand narrative.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, working environment.
  • Ability to analyse community metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
