The Role
Currently, Germany is there fastest growing region in terms of ARR and their client base is continuing to expand. This brings huge investment into their Technical Support function to ensure excellent customer service.
Success in this role will look like resolving complex customer issues efficiently, helping customers maximise their cybersecurity investments by offering expert support and collaborating internally to reduce resolution times.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent in German (written + verbal)
- Ideally professional level in English
- 4 years+ in a Technical Support role
- Experience in a Cybersecurity vendor or within the Infrastructure/Networks space
- Strong Linux Expertise
- Strong working knowledge or experience with Cloud Technologies- AWD, Azure and GCP
