Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at Agapé. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
