Role Overview As a Customer Success Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and enjoy a seamless experience with our products. You will work across multiple European markets, leveraging your expertise to foster long-term relationships, drive adoption, and champion customer success initiatives. This role is primarily remote, with all necessary equipment provided, so you can work from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with our global team. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular communication via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new customers through the onboarding process and support them in leveraging our platform effectively to meet their goals.
  • Proactive Support: Monitor customer usage and feedback to identify potential issues or opportunities, proactively offering solutions and enhancements.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Support) to relay customer insights and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze customer success metrics, track progress, and report on customer health to inform strategic decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution while exceeding service level expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least a year in a customer success, support, or account management role, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.
  • Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English is required; if needed, translators or language support tools are welcome to ensure effective communication. Excellent command of Portuguese is essential, and knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset to assess customer needs and drive success initiatives.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and a willingness to learn new digital tools.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a keen eye for detail.
