In this role, you will provide top-notch support to our customers while taking on the exciting responsibility of training our AI model to better serve users. This unique position combines traditional customer support tasks with innovative AI training, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • AI Model Training: Assist in the training and refinement of our AI support system by feeding it data, reviewing responses, and ensuring accuracy and relevance in customer interactions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer queries and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in both AI performance and the overall customer experience.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, escalating to relevant teams when necessary, while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and AI training results, ensuring seamless follow-up and consistency.Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Experience in customer support or a related field (minimum 1 year).
  • Comfortable with technology and AI systems (training will be provided).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to AI model improvements.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving customer needs and system changes.What We Offer:
