Job Description
WorkCompass is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our team and work directly with our COO to implement and execute the processes that will ensure our customers have a great experience using our software and renew their subscriptions.
This role is very hands-on and carries a renewal revenue target. It is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, has the work ethic to match and wants to join a small team to build a significant business. The successful candidate will own the customer relationship and have a huge impact on the overall business. This is an opportunity to shape our future.
Responsibilities;
- Engage directly with customers to provide technical product support.
- Onboard new customers by configuring the application based on their needs, adding their data and training their users.
- Manage the renewal process with existing customers.
- Build a Customer Success Team as the number of users grows. You will start with 1 direct report.
- Identify customers who may not be succeeding and work with them to understand their challenges, improve their experience and retain their business.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic customers.
- Evaluate and create new training materials.
- Run Master Class workshops.
- Create new feature announcements.
- Identify opportunities to optimize the application and work directly with the product development team to create and test new features.
- Develop and implement new practices, processes and tools.
- Manage the product development pathway along with the CTO.
Qualifications & Experience;
- Bachelors Degree.
- 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Experience in document creation.
- Experience using a CRM system. Experience using Hubspot is a plus.
- Patient and active listener.
