Job Description

WorkCompass is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our team and work directly with our COO to implement and execute the processes that will ensure our customers have a great experience using our software and renew their subscriptions.

This role is very hands-on and carries a renewal revenue target. It is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, has the work ethic to match and wants to join a small team to build a significant business. The successful candidate will own the customer relationship and have a huge impact on the overall business. This is an opportunity to shape our future.

Responsibilities;

  • Engage directly with customers to provide technical product support.
  • Onboard new customers by configuring the application based on their needs, adding their data and training their users.
  • Manage the renewal process with existing customers.
  • Build a Customer Success Team as the number of users grows. You will start with 1 direct report. 
  • Identify customers who may not be succeeding and work with them to understand their challenges, improve their experience and retain their business.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic customers.
  • Evaluate and create new training materials.
  • Run Master Class workshops.
  • Create new feature announcements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the application and work directly with the product development team to create and test new features.
  • Develop and implement new practices, processes and tools.
  • Manage the product development pathway along with the CTO.

Qualifications & Experience;

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Experience in document creation.
  • Experience using a CRM system. Experience using Hubspot is a plus.
  • Patient and active listener.
