THE ROLE
As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for Gross Sales (GS) and Net Revenue (NR) development partnering with their respective exclusive Commissionaire Agent (CA) in Romania. The Key Account Manager is the central liaison between the Agent and multifunctional teams and has a strategic mindset with a strong vision of how to win and build a solid business on the market. You will be responsible for aligning and executing a winning Joint Business Plan (JBP) including measurable strategic priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Commercial: deliver the annual NR targets
- Align winning JBP prioritizing market share and distribution growth
- Analyse business results, and market performance to identify major opportunities
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Play an integral part in generating new sales
- Build & execute the negotiation strategy for crucial clients on the market
- Influence multifunctional team to ensure maximum focus on biggest strategic priorities
- Serve as the link of communication between Commissionaire Agent and internal teams
- Enable the CA’s by deploying precise guidance with clear brand positioning and go-to market plan per brand.
- Serve CA’s with excellence on commercial readiness and product supply service level.
- Maximize the presence in the field with regular market visits (30% travel component).
- Build strong relationships by sharing win-win strategies.
QUALIFICATIONSEssential:
- Proven successful experience as a Key Account Manager and in Trade Marketing, Category Management and or Revenue Management, ideally in Cosmetics, Beauty or an FMCG environment.
- Agility to provide clear direction to business partners to drive the best in-market sales execution.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others.
- Attitude of continuously striving for excellence, and ability to take calculated risk to achieve superior results.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Problem -solving and negotiation aptitude
- You will be an autonomous and independent individual, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and without supervision
- Fluency in Romanian & English, written and spoken.

- Strong drive for quality and operational excellence with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others across organization and distributor partners to achieve superior results.
