• Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers, introduce our products, and promote services

• Document interactions in our CRM system to track outreach efforts and follow-ups
• Learn and understand our product offerings to provide accurate information and compelling arguments
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to shared goals and improve strategies
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions to represent The House of Mercier effectively

Requirements

• No experience in outbound calling or sales is necessary; training will be provided
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
