The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sponsorship Volunteer role will have a significant impact on The Enterprise Academy and the young people we support. By securing corporate partnerships and sponsorships, you will Expand Opportunities for Young People – Your work will help fund and grow our programmes, giving more young people access to life-changing enterprise, employability, and public speaking training. Strengthen Industry Connections – By building corporate relationships, you will bridge the gap between businesses and young people, opening doors for mentorship, work experience, and future employment opportunities. Ensure Long-Term Sustainability – Your efforts will contribute to the financial stability of The Enterprise Academy, allowing us to continue delivering high-quality, impactful programmes. Promote Corporate Social Responsibility – You’ll encourage businesses to invest in the next generation, fostering a culture of social impact and community engagement. Ultimately, your role will help empower young people to develop confidence, skills, and entrepreneurial mindsets—enabling them to create real change in their own lives and communities. What are we looking for? Essential Skills Strong Communication & Networking – Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate stakeholders. Sales & Persuasion – Confident in pitching and securing sponsorships and partnerships. Proposal Writing – Ability to create compelling sponsorship proposals and business cases. Research & Analysis – Identifying potential corporate partners and understanding their CSR priorities. Negotiation Skills – Confidence in discussing sponsorship packages and funding opportunities. Desirable Qualities Passion for Youth Empowerment – Interest in enterprise, employability, and skills development for young people. Initiative & Self-Motivation – Proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities. Creative Thinking – Ability to develop innovative approaches to corporate engagement. Resilience & Adaptability – Comfortable handling challenges and adjusting strategies. What will you be doing? The Enterprise Academy is seeking a passionate CSR & Sponsorship Volunteer to help secure corporate partnerships and sponsorships for our programmes, which inspire and empower young people to create change through enterprise, employability, and public speaking initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying corporate sponsorship opportunities, engaging businesses in meaningful CSR partnerships, and helping us expand the reach and impact of our work. Key responsibilities include Researching and approaching potential corporate partners and sponsors. Crafting compelling sponsorship proposals aligned with CSR objectives. Building and maintaining relationships with corporate stakeholders. Developing sponsorship packages that offer value to both partners and The Enterprise Academy. What we’re looking for Experience in corporate sales, sponsorship, or CSR partnerships. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for education, youth development, and social impact. This is a volunteer role with flexible hours, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in corporate fundraising while making a meaningful impact. There may also be scope for additional opportunities as our programmes grow.
