As a representative of The Ellison Hotel, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and guests. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding hotel amenities, policies, and procedures
• Make and modify reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Process payments and refunds accurately and securely
• Keep updated records of customer interactions and transactions
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay current with hotel promotions, events, and updates to effectively communicate to customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or hotel industry preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
