Call Center Representative (Night Shift)

1. Work Hours: This is an 8-hour job, and you will be required to work between 8 PM to 8 AM. As a night shift position, it offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively.
2. Remote Work: You will have the convenience of working from the comfort of your own home or any suitable workspace, as this position is entirely remote.
3. Weekend Support: This role requires weekend support, which is an integral part of meeting our business needs. However, to ensure you have adequate rest and personal time, we will adjust your holidays to weekdays. Please note that you will be following a 5-day working week schedule.

Note: *Should be comfortable to work in night shift during weekdays and 24/7 during weekends.*Should be comfortable to work during Holidays and after office hours

Looking for an enthusiastic agent, with specialist knowledge in the field of telecom (fixed and mobile), who is prepared to answer complex issues from customers and/or internal and external stakeholders. You are stress-resistant, structured, communicatively strong, analytical and able to interpret customer questions correctly so that they are handled according to the coordinated process.

• At least a completed MBO 4 ICT training and preferably HBO working and thinking level;

• Min. 1 to 2 years of work experience;

• Relevant work experience in technical services;

• Experience in telecom is a plus (fixed and mobile);

• Knowledge of fixed internet services is an advantage.
