Tardis group are currently looking for a fully remote application support specialist with strong experience in dynamics support.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Support L1/L2 helpdesk across Dynamics 365, Basware, Cognos and Concur:
• Maintaining logins and user access across our platforms
• Support in the troubleshooting of issues within the platform
• Updating user data regarding employee moves
• Managing financial hierarchies and categories for reporting purposes
• Vetting the current system, ensuring all data is valid
• Supporting the team in new initiatives during discovery, analysis and testing
• Escalating to 3rd party vendors to address more complex issues
