Role Description

Super Hire Staff is supporting its client in hiring a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to assist with day-to-day project coordination and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys managing multiple tasks, and can help keep projects on track in a fully remote setting. Collaboration with team members and maintaining organizational efficiency are key aspects of this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes.
  • Follow up with team members on deadlines and action items.
  • Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Organize files, documents, and shared project resources.
  • Assist with research, data entry, and preparation of project materials.
  • Identify and escalate project risks or delays when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in USA.
