We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, helping them with their lawn care needs, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company. This is a remote position, so you’ll be helping customers from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, providing information about our lawn care services.
  • Help resolve customer issues, such as service complaints or scheduling conflicts, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Offer suggestions for additional lawn care services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Assist with placing new service orders, renewing contracts, or making changes to existing services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our system.
  • Check in with customers after service to ensure they are satisfied and address any feedback.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting or in a service-based industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, chat systems, and customer service platforms (e.g., CRM software).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently from home.
  • A distraction-free environment to handle customer calls and inquiries.
