This growing luxury homeware company are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to enhance customer satisfaction and provide administrative support across various departments of this growing boutique homeware company.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. You will be addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues, analysing feedback and working closely with various departments to improve service delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries via email, chat, phone and social media promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Feedback analysis: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends, insights and areas of improvement.
- Improve processes and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey.
- Manage trade accounts: Provide exceptional customer service to our trade partners
- Product database: Creating product files suitable for distribution to the public and trade
- Collaborate with teams across the business including sales, marketing and product development tot ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience.
What experience/skills do you need to have?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Shopify B2B e-commerce platform or experience working with a similar e-commerce platform is essential.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service software.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques.
- Experience working in a homeware/retail company would be preferable
This is an exciting opportunity in a growing company. There is lots of scope for this role to progress into a management role and for you to take on more responsibility as the company grows. The role is remote with occasional travel to London for meetings.
