Customer Success ManagerThe Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our client’s team. They are a small team making a big difference. Mission is to help good causes like charities, schools and parishes. They do this by making it very easy for them to fundraise and build strong communities of supporters.

We are looking for a highly motivated person who will help their fundraisers succeed and who will share their team's excitement about how to make a real positive difference to people’s lives.

• must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• excellent attention for detail and accuracy.
• must have full Irish driving licence and own transport.

The role, what you will be doing:

This is primarily a remote desk-based role located in Ireland with occasional travel to exhibitions and team meetings in Ireland.

You will have experience and skills that are relevant to activities below.

• Growing our fundraisers - You will work closely with our fundraiser organisations to help them grow their fundraisers, this will include:
• Develop and manage initiatives and projects to help our fundraisers to attract new supporters and to retain their existing supporters
• Provide guidance to fundraisers on how to make their fundraiser a success.
• Help fundraisers launch and promote their fundraisers
• Provide customer insights and follow up actions
• Provide fundraisers with promotional materials, communications templates, etc. to help them retain and grow their supporters.
• Update fundraiser websites

• Internal & external process management - you will need a keen eye for detail as you will process, documentation, trackers, records, data, reports, customer communications, customer queries & support etc.
• Data Analysis
• Participate on promotional stand at exhibitions and conferences.
