Your Responsibilities:

As a Helpdesk Consultant at Mint Service Desk, you’ll take on a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring smooth operations. Your key tasks will include:

  • Providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues or escalating them to the appropriate teams.
  • Delivering prompt and accurate responses to user queries.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and our knowledge base.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a customer-focused mindset and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical details in a clear, user-friendly manner.
  • Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.

Preferred:

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL best practices.
