Customer Success Manager - Remote (United States-based candidates only)
Our client, a leading technology platform, is transforming Front, Middle, and Back-Office operations for firms in the Private Equity and Venture Capital markets. Their innovative solutions streamline workflows, enhance investor experiences, and enable businesses to manage investments, assets, and clients more effectively. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their growing team.
Overview
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role requires a Salesforce Administrator Certification and a strong understanding of customer success best practices. The CSM will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive support, training, and strategic guidance to help them maximize the value of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide strategic insights to help customers fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive platform adoption.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions, contributing to revenue growth.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to reduce churn.
- Advocate for customers by gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage workflows, and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or Private Equity/Venture Capital industries.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience identifying expansion opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
