Remote Telephone Operator

Location: Remote Position: Part-time Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming calls, providing courteous and professional assistance in both English and Spanish
• Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring prompt and polite communication
• Assess the nature of calls and escalate emergencies or urgent matters to the appropriate personnel
• Follow pre-approved scripts and procedures to handle inquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate call logs and provide summaries or reports as required

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (Full professional proficiency)
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or as a telephone operator in a professional setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – patient, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable managing high call volumes during peak periods
• Strong internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote operations
