Triper Israel is seeking a dedicated Travel Customer Experience Manager to join their team. This pivotal role involves designing and executing customer experience strategies tailored specifically for the travel sector. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring every interaction with our travel services reflects our commitment to excellence. - Develop and implement customer experience initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction across all travel services
- Analyze customer feedback and travel trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to streamline the customer journey
- Design and oversee training programs aimed at improving staff performance regarding customer interactions
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and improve service delivery
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer experience
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for customer needs and preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management, preferably in the travel industry
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful customer experience strategies
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer analytics tools
- Passion for travel and commitment to enhancing the customer experience
