What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. As our Customer Support Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining our customer satisfaction and supporting our daily operations.

Details

• Hours per week: 10 hours (flexible schedule)
• Location: Remote
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Application deadline: We review applications on a rolling basis and will hire once the right candidate is found.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via our different communication channels, ensuring timely and friendly communication
• Supporting sales processes and assisting customers with their purchase decisions
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Providing input to improve customer experience processes

Who you are

• You have at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Based in Finland
• Passion for the jewelry or fashion industry is an added bonus
