We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals based in Australia’s East Coast/Sydney time zone, ready to make a difference.
🕒 This is a remote, full-time role working a rotating shift pattern: 08:00–16:00 and 10:00–18:00, Monday to Friday (alternating weekly between the two shifts).
No experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training and all the support you need to succeed.
💼 What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Services Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our education customers, helping them resolve queries and get the most out of their iSAMS software.
You’ll be:
✔️ Answering customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
✔️ Logging and tracking issues in our CRM system
✔️ Troubleshooting and resolving common problems
✔️ Passing complex issues to our technical teams
✔️ Focusing on first-contact resolution and great customer satisfaction
✔️ Supporting team performance goals (like NPS and response times)
✔️ Following our data protection and company policies

⭐ Knowledge of iSAMS, CRM platforms, or tools like Google Drive
