Senior Sales Director

VP Sales / Senior Sales Director needed by fast growing, PE backed management learning and development provider.

The VP Sales / Senior Sales Director will manage and develop a team of 25 across sales and customer success as well as be directly involved in strategic sales opportunities and large bids.

Our client provides data backed behavioural science supported by a scalable, gamified technology platform that enables their customers to upskill their management & leadership teams to meet the challenges of modern working.

The VP Sales / Senior Sales Director will:

·Drive expansion into new markets & territories

·Set business development and key account strategies

·Ensure sales and C/S teams have structured plans and are hitting KPIs and performance targets

·Work with the CMO to drive lead generation and KAM

The VP Sales / Senior Sales Director will have a successful track record managing and developing sales teams, ideally within the L&D or LMS SaaS space or an allied sector.
