Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Service reporting / Hour submission
• Develop & Maintain customer relations
• Effective troubleshooting/problem diagnosis
• Meeting Husky’s high quality standard of work: First time Fix
• Customer recommendations/suggestions
• Act as Trusted Advisor to the customer

Qualifications

Education: Post-secondary education in a related technical subject is required - electrical based preferred

EXPERIENCE

3-5+ years experience within the Injection Molding Industry with emphasis on service

Required Skills

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with new and evolving technologies
• Strong electrical background and mechanically inclined
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, interact effectively and professionally with customers
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to obtain and exchange complex technical information
• Good computer skills and operation knowledge of Windows based applications
• Additional language other than English would be considered an asset
• Strong problem resolution skills with a proven ability to think outside of the box
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Energetic
• Ability to write a detailed report
• Flexible to travel to within Asia
