Role Overview
As a Volunteer Support Agent, you will assist users with technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have the best experience with our products and services. You’ll work closely with our support team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Respond to user questions via WHMCS tickets.
✅ Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through solutions
✅ Document common issues and contribute to our knowledge base
✅ Provide feedback to the development team for continuous improvement
✅ Engage with the community and foster a positive support environment
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Passion for technology and customer support
🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🔹 Prior experience with WHMCS
🔹 Prior experience with Pterodactyl/Docker, VirtFusion, cPanel, and/or WordPress is a plus
