The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development / Account Manager to expand our growing lead generation business. In this role, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving growth in the insurance lead generation space.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow relationships with insurance carriers, agencies, and lead buyers

  • Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand our client portfolio
  • Own end-to-end account management, ensuring client success, retention, and revenue growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to monitor and optimize lead quality, delivery, and performance
  • Analyze performance metrics and client feedback to refine strategies and improve lead monetization
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead distribution agreements with key partners
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and competitive market shifts
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless lead flow and conversion optimization

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales

  • Proven track record in lead generation, performance marketing, or digital advertising
  • Experience in insurance lead generation is a strong plus
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic actions
  • Experience working with call centers, VOX/AI pre-screening, or pay-per-call campaigns is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
