Job Overview We are looking for an empathetic and driven Remote Customer Service Representative specializing in Healthcare Billing to become a part of our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will assist patients in navigating their medical billing queries and facilitate effective payment arrangements, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every individual you engage with. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive communication via phone with patients to support their medical billing needs.
  • Articulate payment processes with clarity, professionalism, and empathy to ensure patient understanding.
  • Analyze patient accounts meticulously and document all interactions accurately.
  • Negotiate reasonable payment plans that consider individual patient circumstances.
  • Assist patients in organizing payments through various methods such as checks, credit cards, or electronic transfers.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies to ensure compliance and provide a seamless patient experience.
  • Strive to meet or exceed established performance metrics and goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with team leads and management to resolve issues and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as stipulated by management to foster team success and elevate patient satisfaction.
