In this role, you will be the primary mediator between our clients and the Genzio team, ensuring that all weekly deliverables are met efficiently and aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the client-Genzio relationship, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Oversee and guarantee the timely delivery of all weekly deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams, including content, design, social media, and advertising, to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Anticipate and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Provide regular progress reports and key performance metrics to clients.

Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and propose new strategies aligned with their goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management or project management, ideally in a marketing agency or digital environment.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on relationship-building.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign execution.
