📍 Location: Remote (Europe/UK-based preferred)

🕒 Full-time - Independent Contractor | Flexible, dynamic work environment

🤝 Salary Range | $40K - $70K USD (Base + Incentives based on Performance)

Garmany Golf, a leader in high-end, global golf travel Experiences, is looking for two (2) Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity for a HIGHLY motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury travel and event coordination — and it can be a springboard into a future sales/account management role within 12-24 months.

About the Role:

Garmany Golf is a global leader in high-end, bespoke golf travel Experiences, and we’re searching for a Sales Coordinator who’s ready to hit the ground running. This is your launching pad into sales, client management, and event coordination — with a clear path to a full sales manager role in 12–24 months.

What You'll Be Doing:Client Engagement & Sales Support

  • Manage new leads and sales pipeline activity
  • Schedule client consults and maintain timely communication
  • Utilizing a CRM to Coordinate meeting notes and follow-up
  • Assist Sales Managers in moving clients from inquiry to booking
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure clear communication among Guests, PGA Professionals, and Partners

Proposal & Itinerary Development

  • Create and format custom proposals and itineraries
  • Build visually compelling web-based itineraries
  • Ensure CRM and pricing data remain accurate and up-to-date

Partner Coordination & Pricing

  • Liaise with global Partners to secure hotel, golf, and transportation details
  • Maintain and update Partner pricing within internal databases

Marketing & Events

  • Build travel interest surveys for golf clubs and help analyze results
  • Attend PGA Section events to promote the brand and generate leads

Desirable Skills (But Not Required!):

  • Knowledge of golf and/or high-end travel.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Confidence with Apple iOS, Google Workspace, and basic Adobe tools.
